When Violet Hill was built in 1885, this room and bath were detached from the main structure and served as the kitchen and maid’s room. Now incorporated into the main house, the room is handsomely appointed with furnishings from Ethan Allen’s British Isles Collection. It features Regency chairs, a four-poster queen-size bed, and a matching armoire that houses the television.

The spacious bathroom features a park bench, a large window overlooking Cane River Lake, and a two-person Jacuzzi tub with a shower—perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing.
